In coordination with the Headquarters for the Development of Knowledge-Based Economy in Water, Climate, and Environment, under the supervision of the Deputy of Science, a consortium of knowledge-based companies in the field of smart urban water distribution has been formed. The memorandum of understanding for the establishment of this consortium was signed by companies including Future Dynamic Instrumentation Assessment (Puyaak), Behpoyan Amin Montazer, Peyman Khatoon Shargh, and Pishgaman Negahdast Honar.
The formation of this consortium has been carried out in order to preserve national resources, reduce water waste, decrease energy consumption, increase the resilience of facilities, enhance public satisfaction, and improve human resource productivity. This initiative is in line with the goals of the country’s Seventh Economic Development Plan and top-level documents, utilizing the existing capacities and potentials of the country in the field of smart water distribution networks. It also aims to create sustainable direct and indirect employment for over a thousand individuals, stimulate economic growth in the country, optimize and smartify water networks, and create a foundation for sustainable exports.
